Senior Marketing Executive

Role Purpose:

We’re looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Executive to join the marketing team at White Label Dating – Venntro’s core product. Having recently reviewed our value proposition and overhauled our marketing strategy, we’re on the lookout for someone with experience in digital and content marketing to help us acquire, activate and engage new partners.

White Label Dating is an award-winning technology platform that enables digital marketers and brands like Global and the Evening Standard make money by launching their own fully branded online dating sites. Online dating is worth £3 billion globally and some of our partners turn over millions each year.

 

About you:

This role would suit someone with B2B experience, ideally from a SaaS background, but that’s not essential. The main thing is that you’re comfortable working independently and as part of a team, as well as working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with lots of different departments, including senior stakeholders.

We’re after an excellent copywriter with strong storytelling skills who has a solid understanding of the fundamentals of content marketing, SEO, programmatic and online advertising, as well as experience in executing high performing campaigns.

You’re joining us at a really exciting time as we head into a rebrand and overhaul our lead generation processes. This role would present an opportunity to help us shape and define our core marketing messages, test new acquisition and activation channels and increase the volume of marketing qualified leads going into the sales funnel.

 

Key accountabilities and responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to own and manage the B2B lead generation process spanning content marketing, advertising and lead nurturing
  • Own and manage the marketing funnel, focusing on putting more qualified leads into the sales funnel
  • Own and develop our content marketing strategy - planning campaigns that cover acquisition, activation and engagement
  • Plan campaigns from start to finish, from content planning, to creation, to distribution, to measurement and optimisation
  • Implement SEO best practice for our website and content distribution and develop and create a new SEM strategy
  • Act as a brand champion for White Label Dating, helping us to grow the brand presence by ensuring that all branded content is of the highest possible standard and in line with brand guidelines
  • Write, edit, create and supervise the production of lead generation and publicity material including digital content, social channels, events, advertising, email, websites, video, case studies; to a consistently high standard
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage existing communities and generate new leads
  • Take ownership of lifecycle marketing campaigns that increase conversion and support partners in growing their portfolios
  • Take a proactive approach to refining content and messaging through research and analysis of both performance and partner needs
  • Provide best practice lead generation, brand, copywriting knowledge and support to other departments including partner team, business development and development
  • Represent White Label Dating at partner engagement and new business events to gather insight into the market and customer base, to feed back into the acquisition strategy
  • Stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape and new technologies impacting digital marketing. Identifying new opportunities as well as translating analysis into actionable plans

 

Key skills, knowledge, experience and competencies:

  • Outstanding copywriting, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Understanding and experience of executing and developing SEO and SEM campaigns
  • Strong content marketing experience
  • Experience working in a B2B lead generation context – either agency side or in-house
  • Experience working with the marketing funnel and lead nurturing programmes
  • Proactive self-starter with high energy levels and the ability to take own initiative and manage own workflow
  • Good commercial and business acumen
  • Degree educated, 2:1 or above
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to manage own workflow
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team player with good relationship building skills

Either working from our Windsor office or London Mayfair office
